I have found out that there ain’t no surer way to find out whether you like people or hate them than to travel with them.
You cannot do superior work
if you're indifferent
Los Angeles, CA
I was born in Manila, Philippines during the martial law era of Marcos' regime. After I finished highschool at St. Joseph's Academy, my family moved to Orange County, California. Then, I went to college at UC Berkeley and resided at the International House. To me, the San Francisco Bay Area is the most livable metropolitan center in the world. So, I happily stayed and worked there for several years after graduation. I also lived in Barcelona to study Castillian Spanish intensively. Prior to that, I backpacked by myself across Europe and North Africa for six months. But, Spain is still my favorite country. Several years ago, I moved to Amsterdam for graduate studies in International Development. My fieldwork was in the northern province of Cebu island where I conducted research for four months. I started my own company a few years ago. Avatrian is a full-service metaverse development shop which created content for virtual worlds. At present, I am working on a project with House Research in Los Angeles developing clinical tests and online games, primarily for hearing impaired kids.
